Our common ancestor was Henry Scudder, yeoman of Horton Kirby, Kent, who died by November, 1594. Henry sons, Thomas, John & (Rev) Henry.

John & Henry stayed in England while Thomas emigrated in 1637 to Massachusetts Bay Colony.
